TENNIS: Our
resident tennis pro, Jamie Cooke (890-1842), has announced that she will be providing
tennis lessons from June 7 through July 26. They will be on Wednesday nights:

DIRECTORIES & CAR STICKERS: The 2006-2007 Directory was distributed May 19 and
20. If you did not receive one or if you need car stickers,

COFFEE: The
coffee pot will be plugged in at the pool pavilion
every Tuesday morning through the month of June at
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH: Approximately 30 houses in our neighborhood had garage doors hit with
paint balls on April 29. Co-chairs Jim & Carolyn Dixon reported it to the
police. Our neighborhood police agent is Nathan Silkett. Remember school is
out. Please be on the lookout for children playing in the streets.
HOSPITALITY:
Janis Clutter arranged to have food taken to the family of Donna Dailey. The
family expressed their appreciation. If you would like to be on the list to
prepare a dish when needed, please call Janis at 887-8880. A
warm welcome to the following new residents: Steve & Kim Decker, Dylan
& Macy, 4557 Parkhill, (886-1154). Steve is with Sunrise Service. 4409 Quail Creek is the new home of John & Donna
Carriveau (316-304-3803). John is with the Low Company. Attorneys Joe and
Jennifer Wantuck's home is at 1219 Cardinal (689-4300). Nathan & Jennifer
Webster, Trenton & Carter, are at 1211
FLOWERBED:
Thanks to homeowners for additional voluntary watering of parkway gardens this
past month. We are increasing
watering frequency. If your lawn, shrubs, or flowers are not doing as well as
they should, get a soil test. Call 862-9284 (
GROUNDS: Happily we have received a lot a rain and things are looking
good. The committee intends to continue watering as needed. They plan to work
on the irrigation system replacing broken sprinkler heads and adjusting the
rest. A big thank you. They report that our lawn service
is doing a great job with weed and crabgrass control.
